We offer apartments and buildings for sale. On request we conduct property searchs, act as independent advisors and assist with acquiring auction property.
Our aim is to provide customers with the information they need to make an informed choice, not to pay more than a local would expect and ofcourse to assist through the whole process from searching to setting up.

Why Berlin and region?
It is widely perceived to be an optimum time to enter this market. The OECD reported the German property market as being one of the most under valued in the industrialised world. Berlin is especially attractive; prices are more than a third below most other German cities.
According to the office of national statistics, prices rose in some Berlin districts by over 15% in 2007, the average across the city was around 8%. As there is no price bubble and German and foreign investors continue to invest, the trend is forecast to continue.
Besides being an attractive investment location, the city has a lot to offer with a high standard of living, great transport and many attractions. The surrounding region of Brandenburg is sparseley populated and typified by tree lined country roads, small market towns, lakes and forests.
